Merrill Garbus's Tune-Yards project plays catchy quirky songs and with quirkier vocal arrangements that really pop.  So why was the first time I heard them at a classical concert?  The rather overrated electro-pop U.S. Girls opens.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  I'm still feeling the sea food at Sea Wolf (even if their website plays annoying music).
