A New Opera presenting a fantasized "farcical melodrama" about Bertha Pappenheim, who as "Anna O." became famous as the subject of one of Freud's case studies.  What, this piece asks, if everyone insisting that Poppenheim was "hysterical" were wrong, and she really was pregnant by her highly respected doctor -- Freud's mentor -- as she claimed?  Composer Clara Latham is very much on the pop side of contemporary classical, and this should be very entertaining.
