Julia Santoli makes experimental multi-media works, with extended vocal techniques, body-generated feedback, gesture, site sonics, and visuals -- that yet respect song form (yay!).  Here she performs within a sculptural landscape, accompanied by double bassist Zach Rowden.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  The cocktails at the Mexican-themed cocktail bar Leyenda are fabulous.  The food isn't bad, either.
