Ace marimba player Patricia Brennan presents an eight-part audio-visual suite drawing on the sounds and her memories of her native Veracruz.  Her band includes the excellent bassist Michael Formanek, as well as percussion and electronics.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  National Sawdust's on-site Latin wine bar, Cosmico, will be serving Veracruzan food along with their usual menu after the show.
