Legendary avant-vocalist Joan La Barbara presents further excerpts (she's been doing them around town for a while) from her ongoing opera concerningVirginia Woolf and Joseph Cornell (no, they did not actually know each other).  Joining La Barbara will be none other than New York opera great Lauren Flanigan!  And lets not forget Juila Meadows, who's been positive luminous in prior portions of the piece.  Also on the bill is violinist Tom Chiu of the FLUX Quartet -- here with a band (including among others a past master of this sort of thing, trombonist Peter Zummo) mashing up various popular and underground styles.
