What a night at ISSUE!  SAICOBAB is the marvelous Indian/Japanese pysch fusion band led by YoshimiO of the Japanese noise band the Boredoms and, more pertinent to this project, tribal-psych band OOIOO.  I.U.D. is a noisy, punky in-your-face collaboration -- in fact inspired by OOIOO -- between Lizzi Bougatsos of avant-dance band Gang Gang Dance and Sadie Laska, a visual artist who's been known to make some noise on the side herself.
