MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Cloak and Dagger:  pour 1 oz. each of Gosling's Black Seal Rum, some kind of  aged Rum, and lime juice, and 3/4 oz. Simple Syrup into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
