The titanic annual Free Jazz festival goes online with an even more staggering line-up than usual, including this evening David Murray and a knockout ensemble led by William Parker.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Dobbs:  rinse a chilled Martini glass or coupe with Fernet (DON'T be subtle).  Pour 2 oz. Bourbon and 1 oz. sweet Vermouth into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Stir.  Strain into the rinsed glass.  Garnish with a lemon twist.
