Flautist/singer/composer Nathalie Joachim's tribute to her Haitian female forebears is a wonderful thing of great beauty and interest.  I know nobody who's heard it who doesn't love it.  If you're not yet a member of that "have heard it" group, be sure to join tonight.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Broken Corazon Club:  pour 1-1/4 oz. overproof Rhum Agricole Blanc, 3/4 oz. each of pineapple juice and lime juice, 1/2 oz. Maraschino liqueur, and 1/4 oz. Grenadine into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a Collins glass over ice.  Float 1/4 oz. Fernet on top.  Garnish with a lemon slice and an orange slice.
