God I love Tango:  Europeans move to the end of the world and go absolutely batshit crazy — in a way that preserves European formal rigor, but underlays it with completely irrational passion (as well as the kind of deep melancholy you'd expect when you find yourself ensconced at the end of the world).

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  We're not gonna overthink this, but rather will default to a Fernet and Coke:  pour equal parts Fernet and Coke into a Highball glass over ice (if you want to be fancy about it, hold the glass at a tilt when you're pouring in the Coke).
