The electronic duo Turning Jewels Into Water — comprising Val Jeanty and Ravish Momin — enlist dancers and a video artist to help them portray the transformations of individuals facing climate change.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Scorpion Kick:  pour 2 oz. white Rum, 1 oz. lime juice, 1/2 oz. Crème de Cacao, and 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup, with a handful of fresh mint, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Maybe drop a mint leaf on top.
