One advantage of Quarantine is that you can actually get to see Fall for Dance, albeit remotely.  Among other things on this bill, there's Calvin Royal III doing a new piece by Kyle Abraham; and Ashley Bouder, Tiler Peck, and Brittany Pollack doing a few of the Gershwin numbers from Balanchine's ineffable Who Cares?  Is that enough star power for you?

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Fortune:  pour 1 oz. Lairds Bonded Apple Brandy and 1/2 oz. each of lemon juice and Simple Syrup, with a handful of mint, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass, coupe, or Nick and Nora glass.  Top with Champagne.  Garnish with a mint leaf.
