A brand new chamber work by the eclectic composer Brian Nabors, ear-pleasing in the Atlanta manner.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Vieux Carre:  pour 3/4 oz. each of Rye, Cognac, and sweet Vermouth, and 1 teaspoon of Bénédictine, with 2 dashes each of Angostura bitters and Peychaud's bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Stir.  Strain into an Old Fashoned glass over ice.  Garnish with a lemon twist.
