Two ace congueros and a tap dancer join a bunch of New Musicians to bend some genres and make a racket.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Old Cuban: put 8 mint leaves in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Pour in 1-1/2 oz. aged Rum, 3/4 oz. lime juice, and 1 oz. Simple Syrup, with 2 dashes of Angostura bitters, and fill with ice. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Top with Champagne. Garnish with a mint leaf.
