MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Mumbai Martini: muddle 10 curry leaves and 2 slices of ginger in a cocktail shaker. Pour in 2 oz. Gin, 1/2 oz. lime juice, and 1/3 oz. Simple Syrup. Add ice. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with another curry leaf.
