MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Le Piqueur: pour 1-3/4 oz. Cognac, 3/4 oz. white Crème de Menthe, and 1/4 teaspoon Absinthe into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Express a lemon twist into the drink and discard it (the twist, not the drink). Garnish with a mint leaf.
