MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Canton: pour 2 oz. Jamaican Rum (I'm very high on The Funk Unaged Heavy Pot Still these days, but beware: it's intense), 1/2 oz. each of Curaçao and Maraschino liqueur, and 1/4 teaspoon of Grenadine into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a cocktail cherry and an orange twist.
