Bedlam does these Zoomed readings right. That's almost certainly because the stripped-down, unadorned style of presentation the company employs in live performance lends itself to remote performances from the actors' separate apartments, viewed on each audience member's monitor in their own apartments. Tonight they're doing Titus Andronicus. It may be no coincidence that Shakespeare's least-performed play is his most scabrous.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Don Lee's The Sawyer: pour 2 oz. Gin and 1/2 oz. each of lime juice and Simple Syrup, with 14 dashes of Angostura bitters and 7 dashes each of Peychaud's bitters and orange bitters into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
