MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Paloma: rim a Highball glass with salt, having wet it with a lime wedge. Pour 2 oz. grapefruit juice and 1 tablespoon of lime juice, with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in 2 oz. tequila. Add ice. Top with club soda. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
