MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Swiss Cocktail: pour 1-1/4 oz. each of Dubonnet Rouge and Kirsch into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist.
