An afternoon of pop-leaning experimental music. Daphne X is glitchy. Able Noise is slow and spacey. Derek Baron is sometimes soothing and sometimes jolting. Shots turn, like, anything into music. The Unnecessary Noise: rinse a chilled Martini glass or coupe with Absinthe. Pour 1-1/2 oz. Bourbon, 3/4 oz. Aperol, and 1/4 oz. Vermouth Blanc into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into the rinsed glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
