MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Don Lee is not just a cocktail genius — he also makes puppets! So let's accompany this show with Don's Vieux Mot: pour 1-1/2 oz. Gin, 1/2 oz. St-Germain, 3/4 oz. lemon juice, and 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
