Those thundering Japanese drums make some of my own personal favorite music anywhere.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Baltimore Bang: pour 1-1/2 oz. each of Bourbon and Apricot Brandy, and 1 oz. lemon juice, with 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with an orange slice and a cocktail cherry.
