MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Speaking of sacred music, did you know that Bob Marley once worked as a janitor in the Hotel du Pont in Wilmington, Delaware? I doubt he had anything to do with the formulation of the Hotel du Pont Cocktail, though: pour 1-1/2 oz. each of Cognac and Fino Sherry, with 1 dash of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with an orange twist.
