Experiments in Opera launches a new podcast series of new operas. Let me just say this: I've been to innumerable Experiments in Opera shows. I can't think of a single one that wasn't (a) musically and theatrically compelling and (b) tremendous fun.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT: Man About Town: pour 2 oz. Rye and 1 oz. each of sweet Vermouth and Cynar into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Stir. Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
