It shows just how much momentum the ongoing revival of once-forgotten Off-Broadway legend María Irene Fornés has amassed that this is the third revival within a year of the musical she created in the mid-'60s with still-forgotten Off-Broadway legend Al Carmines.  It would be idle to deny that this piece has aged; but it would be silly to deny yourself a chance to experience it, if only to see what people were thinking in a certain precinct of New York at a highly culturally significant moment.  This free concert performance sold out quickly; check the Mabou Mines website for last-minute availability.
