Cellist Elad Kabilio plays Bach's First Cello Suite — the one everybody knows — as well as some flamenco and some of the marvelous cello music Philip Glass wrote when he was romantically involved with a cellist.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Something light and sprightly for the afternoon:  an Americano.  Equal parts Campari and sweet red vermouth, over ice with a splash of soda water.  Garnish with an orange twist (you don't have to light it up) or — hey let's go crazy! — even a whole slice.
