MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  This is the time and place for a Jewish Absinthe:  pour 2 oz. Bourbon and 1/2 oz. Anisette into an iced cocktail shaker, add 8-10 mint leaves, and shake it REALLY hard.  Strain into whatever kind of glass you'd drink Absinthe from.
