This evening The Kitchen live streams Matt Evans, a provocative percussionist/soundscaper who is a member of not one, not two, but three killer bands:  Tigue, Bearthoven, and Private Elevators.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Texas Fizz:  Pour 1-1/2 Gin, 3/4 oz. orange juice, 1/4 oz.. lemon juice, and a tablespoon or so of Grenadine (I always put in more) into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, shake, and strain into a flute.  Top with brut Champagne (or other sparkling wine).  Bottoms up!
