This live play reading is a little mainstream for this List, but what the hell.  Jonathan Caren has written a lot for the Downtown theater scene; he's also had some success on TV.  This play about inter- and intrasexual relations originated in the Edinburgh Fringe.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  A personal fave, the Champs-Élysées:  pour 2 oz. Brandy, 3/4 oz. lemon juice, 1/2 oz. Green Chartreuse, and 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, shake, and strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Garnish with a lemon twist.
