An afternoon of experimental music of various ilks, featuring such performers as onetime Sonic Youth Thurston Moore, Downtown Harp Goddess Zeena Parkins, and Brazilian experimental pop prince Moreno Veloso (yes, he's his son).

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  The drink that engendered both the Negroni and the Americano:  the Milano Torino.  Pour 2 oz. each of Campari and Punt e Mes (or other sweet Vermouth) into a rocks glass over ice.  Stir.  Garnish with an orange wedge.
