Some of the leading forces in Brooklyn experimental theater curate a weekly series of stuff from beyond the beyond.  Speaking for myself, I just love these.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  I'm going to admit to you all that I like Comsopolitans.  A little sweet, sure:  but sometimes you want that.  Just because something once was trendy doesn't mean it wasn't (and isn't) good.  Time for a revival?  Pour 1-1/2 oz. citron Vodka (you have some left over from the '90s, right?), 1/2 oz. Cointreau, 1 oz. cranberry juice, and 1/4 lime juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, shake, and strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Flame an orange peel into it and used the flamed peel as a garnish.
