MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  This cocktail is a Dandy:  pour 1 oz. Rye and 1 oz. Dubonnet into an ice-filled cocktail glass with 3 dashes of Cointreau and 1 dash each of Angostura and orange bitters.  Stir, and strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe (or better still a Nick and Nora glass, if you have one).  Garnish with an orange peel and a lemon peel.
