The Kitchen continues its semi-weekly Tuesday and Thursday series of live streams with Ben Vida, who formed the highly enjoyable minimalist/Americana band Town and Country in the '90s and has been plugging along interestingly and enjoyably since.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Cooper's Cocktail:  Pour 2 oz. Rye, 3/4 oz. St-Germain, and 1/4 oz. Fernet-Branca into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, stir, and strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Garnish with an orange twist.
