MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Fine and Dandy (apparently unrelated to the Dandy cocktail Listed above):  pour 1-1/4 oz. Gin, 3/4 oz. each of Cointreau (or other orange liqueur) and lemon juice, with a dash of Angostura bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, shake, and strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
