Every Friday, HERE is presenting a live stream of a theater artist sharing a work in some stage of completion.  This week's — continuing on Saturday and Sunday — is particularly ambitious and exciting:  a "Zoom opera" by Rob Handel (there's already a history of good operas by people named Handel), HERE honcho Kristen Marting, and one of the best opera composers out there, Kamala Sankaram.  (Pop Quiz:  what does Kamala Sankaram have in common with Ellen Degeneres?  Both their names contain only one single vowel, repeated several times.)  This one is so excited it will be repeated Saturday and Sunday!

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  A cocktail that's nice at 1, 3 and 7 PM:  the Seaplane.  Pour 1 oz. Gin and 1/2 oz. each of lemon juice and Simple Syrup, with 2 dashes of orange bitters, into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, shake, and strain into a chilled Champagne flute.  Top with Champagne.
