Veteran NYC avant-garde vocalist Shelley Hirsch does her fascinating Shelley Hirsch thing.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Yeoman Warder (you can guess this is another Phil Ward creation):  pour 2 oz. Gin, 3/4 oz. dry Vermouth, and 1/4 each of Cynar and Maraschino liqueur into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, stir, and strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
