MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  I just discovered the San Martín — and man, do I LOVE it!  Pour 2 oz. Gin, 1 oz. sweet Vermouth, and 1 teaspoon Yellow Chartreuse into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, stir, and strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupé.  Garnish with a lemon peel.
