The Kitchen continues its semi-weekly Tuesday and Thursday series of live streams with C. Spencer Yeh.  Yeh is a multidisciplinary artist, an experimental improvising violinist — and occasionally, for shits and giggles, he writes something in song form.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Avenida San Martín, a cocktail named for the main drag in Barranco, my own personal favorite neighborhood in Lima, by two bartenders in Södermalm, my own personal favorite neighborhood in Stockholm:  pour 1-1/2 oz. Pisco (Italia by preference), 1/2 oz. Amaro (CioCiaro by preference), 2/3 oz. lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Sugar Syrup or liqueur, and two teaspoons honey into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, shake, and pour into a rocks glass with ice.
