Matt Brewer is a good bassist with a good head.  Wonder what he'll do?

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  A Sherman Cocktail:  pour 2 oz. Rye, 1 oz. sweet Vermouth, 1/2 teaspoon Absinthe, and 1 dash each of Angostura and orange bitters into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, stir, and strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Garnish with a lemon twist.
