Shelton Whimsy was a neo-vaudevillian in happier times; now that there are no live performances he's become a video artist.  In this performance piece, he holds a tea party where he tells of love, loss, and poetry set against the backdrop of Florence last Summer (when, believe it or not, you could still go there).

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  If we're going to think of being in Florence, we're obviously going to be drinking Negronis while doing so:  pour 1 oz. each of Gin, sweet Vermouth, and Campari into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Stir.  Pour into an Old Fashioned glass over ice.  Garnish with an orange wheel.
