Sitarist Arjun Verma, a student of the great sarodist Ali Akbar Khan, plays a recital of North Indian classical music — just the kind of transporting music we sequestered Quarantinees need.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Only during the Quarantine would I even consider dealing with separating eggs.  White Lady:  Pour 2 oz. Gin, 1 oz. lemon juice, 3/4 oz. Cointreau, and 1 egg white (use the yolk in a Carbonara) into a cocktail shaker.  Dry shake (without ice).  Then add ice and shake some more.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.
