A bunch of choreographers have to create short solo pieces — but they all have to do so in accordance with one seemingly arbitrary rule set for them.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Puerto Rican Racer:  pour 2 oz. dark Rum, 1/2 oz. Laird's Bonded Apple Brandy, a scant 1/2 oz. Yellow Chartreuse, and 1 teaspoon Grenadine, with 1 dash of Peychaud's bitters into an ice-filled cocktail shaker, stir, and strain into a rocks glass over ice.
