A galaxy of LES-associated performing artists, young and old, assemble for a massive festival continuing through the weekend.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  I can't think of anything better than a series of Chilcanos:  pour 2 oz. Pisco and 1/4 oz. lime juice into a highball glass.  Top with 4-5 oz. ginger beer (or the more trad ginger ale), add ice, and stir.  Then choose your side in the huge battle over whether or not to shake in some bitters (I say "no").
