The Renaissance Society, the great contemporary arts organization associated with the University of Chicago, wouldn't bother to put on a show if it wasn't excellent.  And there are two solid List faves on the program:  sonic omnivore C. Spencer Yeh, and the always intriguing composer Sarah Hennies (played by Karl Larson, the pianist of Bearthoven).

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  An Augie March is even more appropriate to this U of C-associated show than to the last performance I recommended it with:  pour 2 oz. Resposado Tequila, 3/4 oz. sweet Vermouth, and 1/2 oz. Cynar into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Stir.  Strain into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
