MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  An aperitivo-style cocktail perfect for early evening, a Bicicletta:  pour 1-1/2 oz. Campari and 2 oz. dry white wine into a highball glass over ice.  Top with soda water.  Garnish with a lemon slice.  (Warning:  this is bitter!) (But nice!)
