The Bindlestiff Family Cirkus presents magicians!  Jugglers!  Aerialists!  Performance artists!  Trained rats (sometimes)!

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Perhaps the most famous cocktail invented by Pegu Club proprietor/Libation Goddess Audrey Saunders is the Gin Gin Mule:  muddle 10 mint leaves in a cocktail shaker with 1/2 oz. each of Simple Syrup and lime juice.  Add 1-1/2 oz. Gin and fill with ice.  Shake (gently), and strain into an ice-filled mule mug or highball glass.  Top with 2 oz. ginger beer.  Garnish with a lime wedge and a mint sprig.
