MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  Leap-Year:  pour 2 oz. Gin, 3 teaspoons each of sweet Vermouth and Grand Marnier, and 1-1/2 teaspoons of lemon juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.  Shake.  Pour into a chilled Martini glass or coupe.  Garnish with a lemon twist.
