MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  I really liked the Chartreuse Smash, so I'm going to repeat it:  muddle 10 mint leaves with 1 oz. lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of sugar in a cocktail shaker.  Add 2 oz. green Chartreuse.  Fill with ice.  Shake.  Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice (shaved if possible).  Garnish with a mint sprig.
