A huge night of drag, dance, and music in celebration of Pride.

MAKE A NIGHT OF IT:  A night for Oscar Wildes:  pour 1-1/4 oz. Absinthe and 3/4 oz. each of lemon juice and Simple Syrup, with 1 egg white, into a cocktail shaker without ice.  Dry shake.  Strain into a white wine glass.  Top with Champagne.  Sprinkle with nutmeg, and garnish with a lemon twist.
